How the training goes
Dynamic warm-up
Warming up the muscles and joints allows to move on to stretching and working on technique.
Stretching
While the body is warmed up, we stretch and at the same time relax after an intense warm-up.
Technique
Great attention is paid to performance technique; your children will quickly surprise you.
Sport games
Games allow to maintain sports passion and interest in training. Children love to play, and we take this into account in the training process.
Work in pairs
Working in pairs allows to learn not to be afraid of the enemy, control your distance, defend and attack. The interaction of guys in pairs is the most important skill both in sports and in life.
Exams and competitions
The classical system of belt examinations (Kyu) plus competitions motivate children to study and improve their level. All professionals started with children's sports. A good motivation system allows to instill a desire to practice and achieve high results.
